Power Of 3 Nutrition.. Seed Blends!!

absolutely love these products, I love that they're so easy to ad to foods. I like to ad them to yougurts and smoothies mostly.

They're an organic, gluten-free, whole-food energy source! A delicious OMEGA 3 SEED BLEND of Pumpkin Seeds, Hemp Seeds, Chia Seeds, Milled Flax Seeds And Spices.
It's so easy to boost meals with a perfect blend of seeds. Sprinkle PowerBlend on everyday foods, Nothing’s processed, nothing’s artificial, and the blend contains 3x more fiber and protein than flaxseed alone.
  • OMEGA 3s – 2800mg of clarity, focus and brain-boosting benefits.
  • PROTEIN – 9g promotes sustained energy and blood sugar balance.
  • FIBER – 7g contributes to a healthy heart and circulatory system.

Pumpkin Seeds:

The pumpkin plant, along with its seeds, has been used in the traditional medicine of many countries, including India and Mexico. Pumpkin seeds promote good prostate health and offer anti-inflammatory and cholesterol-lowering benefits. Subtly sweet and nutty with a somewhat chewy texture, pumpkin seeds are lower in fat than other seeds and offer essential minerals like iron, magnesium, and potassium. Pumpkin seeds also contain protective compounds called phytosterols, which likely contribute to their known prostate and heart health benefits.

Hemp Seeds:

The hulled version of the seed is soft and easy to chew and tastes a bit like pine nuts or sunflower seeds. Hemp seeds are an excellent source of essential fatty acids and contain all nine essential amino acids, making them a complete protein source. Plus, the protein in hemp seeds is very easy to digest.

Chia Seeds:

Chia comes from a desert plant in Mexico called Salvia hispanica and is packed with omega-3 fatty acids, carbohydrates, protein, dietary fiber, antioxidants, and calcium. These tiny black and white seeds were used long ago by Mayan and Aztec cultures to boost energy. Because they have a mild, nutty flavor, chia seeds are easy to add to a variety of foods and drinks. When mixed with water they create a gel that’s touted to be a weight-loss pudding that helps control hunger.

Flax seeds:

Cultivated in Babylon as early as 3000 BC, flaxseeds have long been known to provide medicinal benefits. Rich in omega-3 fatty acids, dietary fiber, and lignans (beneficial plant compounds), recent studies show flaxseeds may help reduce belly fat and lower your risk of heart disease, cancer, stroke, and diabetes. Flaxseeds are widely available in products. When adding them to foods it’s best to eat them in the ground form for better absorption of the nutrients.
These cost $9.95 each. There are other varieties available. Check out the website for more information www.powerof3nutrition.com

Ark. Age Aware Skincare..

Skincare products designed for our specific age groups.

I've been using these 4 products for a while now and the 4 of them used together has worked wonders for my skin. These specific ones are designed for skin up to early 30s.

They have lots of other skincare products for all ages. Check them out.

I badly needed a new skincare regime and this worked perfectly for me.

1• Cleanse, used twice daily on dampened skin, massage into face and neck and rinse with warm water.

2• Exfoliate, same as above, I've been doing this daily before bedtime.

3• Moisturise, morning and evening, it's a really nice moisturiser, drys in quickly which is great, not at all oily or greasy.

I've been using the mask a couple of times a week too, which is great, as some masks give me breakouts, this one didn't.

This was the Age Aware Discovery Collection, costs £28 for the 4, 30ml bottles and comes in a travel bag. These are ideal for traveling, perfect size and these 30ml bottles last a long time too.

I love these Ark products, check out what other products they have available on their website www.arkskincare.com

Have a Superl!fe..

Take a look at these great products from Superl!fe. We're all very health conscious these days and these products are perfect to fit into your everyday life.

I've been trying out a few of these amazing organic products and they're quite impressive.

The Mrs Green Mix is a powder blend of 15 superfoods which can be added to your smoothies or juices. It's full of protein and fibre. This power contains Spirilina, yellow maca, acai, wheat grass, black maca, chlorella, reishi mushroom, cinnamon, tulsi, cacao, shatavari, turmeric, kelp, ashwagandha, moringa. The benefits from all these ingredients are amazing and a full list of what each ingredient is good for is available on the website www.haveasuperlife.com

This mix is called Mrs Green Mix for a reason, it supports the hormonal and reproductive system and eases pms and more. I tried this with water and orange juice and I found it hard to drink so I like it best in fruit smoothies as it disguises the taste.

The mix is also available in Mr Green Mix which my husband is using at the moment, he doesn't like the taste either.

These mixes cost €12.95 each for 120g. Considering you only need to use a teaspoon full in your drink, this pouch will last a long time.

You can also get the original green mix which contains 8 superfoods, including hemp, cacao, maca, kelp, spirilina, chlorella, barleygrass and lucuma. Used in the same way by adding it to drinks. This costs €19.95 for 300g.

I've also been trying the superfood breakfast toppings, these are available in original, with acai and with coconut.

These contain 5 superfoods in one serving, including chia, cacao, hemp, goji and mulberries. The acai one has cinnamon in it also. Then my favourite has added coconut. These have no added sugar, are gluten and dairy free. You can sprinkle this topping on anything really, including porridge, cereal, fruit, I've even tried adding mine into smoothies too. These taste great and are good for a healthy nibble.

These cost €10.95 each for 300g and the one with added acai costs €11.95 for 300g.

They offer discounts on multipacks and delivery within Ireland is free.
